ISQUA EEA – LPAPKP Accreditation LPAPKP
In order to meet international standards and accreditation regulations established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, LPAPKP the Primary Health Care Accreditation Agency) has undergone an accreditation survey by the global accreditation body ISQua External Evaluation Association (EEA).
This survey was conducted over three days, from April 14 to 16, 2025, at the LPAPKP Headquarters in Bintaro, South Jakarta.
This activity is part of the external quality assurance process for accreditation bodies, aimed at enhancing the credibility of and trust in the national healthcare facility accreditation system.
The ISQua EEA survey team that attended in person came from various countries, namely:
Edward Chappy (Lead Surveyor) – Jordan
Thiara Adnan Madi – Jordan
Edward Mander – Canada
During the assessment, the ISQua team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the systems, documentation, and implementation of accreditation standards carried out by LPAPKP. This process included interviews with management, observations, and verification of quality policies, surveyor training, and organizational governance.
LPAPKP hopes that through active participation in this international evaluation, the institution can continue to strengthen its position as a professional, globally recognized, and trusted accreditation body in the eyes of national and international stakeholders.
