Central Java Regional Working Meeting in Solo: Strengthening Surveyors’ Competencies and Synergy to Improve Community Health Center Services
The Central Java Regional Working Meeting (Raker), held in Solo on June 21–22, 2025, was a success and resulted in a number of strategic agreements. The event was attended by LPA-PKP surveyors from the Central Java Region, representatives from the Yogyakarta Region, and the Chair of the LPA-PKP Central Office.
The series of events began with the opening ceremony, the singing of the national anthem “Indonesia Raya” and the LPA-PKP anthem, a prayer, and remarks from the Central Java Regional Chair, Mr. Kusbiyantoro, S.KM., M.Kes., and the Yogyakarta Special Region Chair, Dr. Bondan, as guests of honor. The Chairperson of the LPA-PKP Central Office, Dr. Dien Emawati, also provided guidance and motivation to all surveyors.
One of the main sessions was led by Dr. Rini, a surveyor with the Central Java LPA-PKP who also serves as the head of the Pacitan Community Health Center, and focused on the integration of primary health care services.
During the discussion, the surveyors agreed on several key points, including:
- To enhance surveyors’ knowledge and skills regarding the latest regulations, particularly for Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) that have already implemented the ILP.
- Conducting technical training (bimtek) to strengthen surveyors’ competencies in preparation for the next survey in 2028, particularly at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) that have undergone significant transformation.
- Ensure that all LPA-PKP Central Java Regional surveyors pass the Competency Test (UKOM), given that there are currently still two TKSD_UKM surveyors who have not yet passed.
- Strengthen networks and partnerships with LPA-PKP partners, including through the establishment of a dedicated communication group for coordination.
- Organize workshops or webinars on changes to accreditation regulations for LPA-PKP partners.
- Proposing the addition of five TKPP surveyors to strengthen the regional survey team.
- We fully support the implementation of the Central LPA-PKP activities to be held in Yogyakarta.
Through this working meeting, it is hoped that surveyors will become more cohesive, competent, and capable of supporting the realization of more integrated and high-quality community health center services in the Central Java region
